Alondra Floor Finish Wax Medium Solids is a medium solids acrylic floor finish formulated to deliver excellent leveling, high gloss, and durable protection. The balanced solids content makes it suitable for both low and high maintenance floor areas while providing a lighter, easier to manage coating compared to high solids finishes.
This floor finish is designed for smooth application and consistent appearance. It flows evenly to reduce streaking and produces a bright gloss once dry. The lower solids concentration compared to Alondra Floor Finish High Solids allows for easier application, recoating, and maintenance while still providing reliable durability.
Alondra Floor Finish Medium Solids does not contain phosphates and is appropriate for a wide range of commercial, industrial, and institutional flooring environments.

Usage and Dosage
- Clean and thoroughly dry the surface before application
- Apply a thin, uniform coat using appropriate floor finish equipment
- Allow to dry 30 to 40 minutes until dry to the touch
- Apply additional coats as needed following the same procedure
- Review SDS prior to use
