Product Overview
IronSolv Restore is an iron deposit descaler and metal oxide remover designed for professional and industrial cleaning applications. It is formulated to remove iron deposits, carbonate embedded iron deposits, and other metal oxides through deagglomeration, sequestration, and chelation.
IronSolv Restore is non-DOT regulated, non-hazardous, biodegradable, and non-corrosive to skin and equipment. The formula is inhibited to help minimize corrosion of base metals, including galvanized steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass. It also helps prevent dissimilar metal plating and flash corrosion after cleaning.
This product quickly converts ferric iron into ferrous soluble iron, making iron deposits easier to rinse away. It can also phosphatize red iron oxide into black iron oxide when preparing surfaces for painting. IronSolv Restore can be used by spray and rinse application for removing red iron stains from cement, tile, bathtubs, and toilets. It also brightens stainless steel, removes aluminum oxides, and can be used for aluminum truck box and rim cleaning.
